Are you passionate about podcasts and looking to hone your editing skills? We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our creative team and help transform our interviews into polished, engaging episodes.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate Rodecaster Pro II podcast studio board to record interviews. Ensure proper equipment configuration, monitor sound levels, and assist remotely participating interviewees and guests.
- Edit podcast interviews, removing any background noise, awkward pauses, and ensuring smooth audio transitions.
- Enhance audio quality by balancing sound levels, equalizing, and improving clarity.
- Work with the team to ensure each episode aligns with our brand’s tone and style.
- Add intro/outro music, transitions, and sound effects to enrich the listening experience.
- Collaborate with hosts and producers to meet deadlines and refine the final product.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Rodecaster Pro II or similar recording equipment.
- Familiarity with podcast editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Audacity, Pro Tools, or similar).
- A strong ear for audio quality, with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of audio editing principles (noise reduction, equalization, etc.).
- Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively with the team.
- A passion for storytelling and creating engaging audio content.
- Previous experience with podcasting or audio editing is a plus but not required.
