Are you passionate about podcasts and looking to hone your editing skills? We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our creative team and help transform our interviews into polished, engaging episodes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate Rodecaster Pro II podcast studio board to record interviews. Ensure proper equipment configuration, monitor sound levels, and assist remotely participating interviewees and guests.
  • Edit podcast interviews, removing any background noise, awkward pauses, and ensuring smooth audio transitions.
  • Enhance audio quality by balancing sound levels, equalizing, and improving clarity.
  • Work with the team to ensure each episode aligns with our brand’s tone and style.
  • Add intro/outro music, transitions, and sound effects to enrich the listening experience.
  • Collaborate with hosts and producers to meet deadlines and refine the final product.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Rodecaster Pro II or similar recording equipment.
  • Familiarity with podcast editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Audacity, Pro Tools, or similar).
  • A strong ear for audio quality, with attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of audio editing principles (noise reduction, equalization, etc.).
  • Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively with the team.
  • A passion for storytelling and creating engaging audio content.
  • Previous experience with podcasting or audio editing is a plus but not required.
